We are currently recruiting for our market leading client based in Uxbridge. They are looking for a Technical Support Administrator to join their team. This is a role that requires dynamic, problem solvers to run through their client support holding high customer service satisfaction at the highest regard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence from customers
  • Delivering step by step technical support
  • Support updating records, Trackers and databases
  • Create service reports based on support given over the telephone
  • Work closely with multi functional departments to organise maintenance and scheduled works

  • The ability to take ownership of tasks and work on their own initiative within a busy team
