Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Specialist will be responsible for owning project management and project coordination activities for a range of projects, across all company solutions. They would need to work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones. 2 - 4 years experience of project management/coordination (with relevant transferable skills) leading small projects and assisting large projects.

Description

  • Coordinate project plans while collaborating with DDI project team members & clients
  • Monitor the completion of project milestones
  • Presentations to clients during subscription set up, quarterly reviews, renewal discussions, etc.
  • Create client specific reports & ad-hoc reports as requested
  • Conduct telephone, or face-to-face, data gathering & perform data analysis as directed by PM
  • Coordinate the delivery of client-specific selection and assessment programs
  • Coordinate with other DDI resources (i.e., Solutions Groups, other Delivery teams, GAO) to support development and delivery of client materials and programs
  • Engage in daily client contact, by phone and face-to-face, to coordinate delivery activities
  • Has DDI system working knowledge in several technology areas (e.g., LM, TPA, TSA, SPN); configure DDI software systems/tools using 'Editor' or "Administrator'
  • Ensure timely client forecasting and invoicing occurs based on completion of client deliverables
  • Set up, contribute, and maintain project/client SharePoint sites

Profile

  • BA or BS degree or equivalent (minimum) with preference in project management
  • Preferred 2-4 years of related project management experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs ( i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (face-to-face & on the phone)
  • Proven experience in working independently or collaborating as part of dynamic, fast-paced high performing team
  • Experience in supporting multiple clients, and work under challenging deadlines
  • Strong internal and external customer service orientation
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make good judgements, often in ambiguous situations
  • High work standards and attention to detail
  • High receptivity to feedback & willingness to learn
  • Experience using web-based applications, e.g. Zoom, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics
