IT Service Management - Digital Workplace - Disability and Work Adjustments - Public Sector - London Hybrid
I am working with a busy Government Department and looking for an IT Service Management / Business Relations Manager to ensure the reasonable adjustments requirements for the Digital Workplace are delivered efficiently.
Due to the nature of the client and the urgency of the role, people with current SC clearance and holding British Nationality would be preferred.
I am keen to speak with candidates who have
- A background in IT Service Management in government / public sector organisations
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM standard best practice
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills

- Continual Service Improvement
- Previous experience of supporting Disability & Reasonable Adjustments requirements in the Digital Workspace would be an added advantage
