Position Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Housing Solicitor with 0-5 years PQE to join a successful and friendly team. The role requires significant knowledge of housing law, with experience in handling Legal Aid Portal (CCMS) cases, homelessness reviews and appeals, possession claims, and disrepair claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle homelessness reviews and appeals
  • Manage possession claims and disrepair cases
  • Work with the Legal Aid Portal (CCMS)
  • Provide excellent client care in housing law matters
  • Collaborate within a professional, dynamic team

Requirements:

  • 0-5 years PQE with specific experience in housing law
  • Knowledge of Legal Aid Portal (CCMS)
  • Experience managing homelessness, possession, and disrepair claims
  • Advocacy skills are an advantage but not essential
  • Strong organisational and client care skills
