About the role:

As a Life Science Administrator, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for the day-to-day operation of our client's main enquiry contact channels. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer queries at first contact, logging and monitoring queries, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You will have the opportunity to contribute to service improvement initiatives and work closely with colleagues across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service in all interactions with internal and external customers
  • Resolve customer queries at first contact whenever possible, explaining next steps if required
  • Monitor and follow up on unresolved queries, escalating where necessary
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a single clear response to customer enquiries
  • Utilise systems and resources effectively to process customer enquiries and maintain accurate records
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within a diverse team
  • Contribute to service improvement and drive enhancements in customer experience
  • Adhere to professional standards in enquiry handling and data protection regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Life Science Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office and databases
