Green Orchard Recruitment is thrilled to be recruiting for a high-level Sales Admin Support to join a fantastic Mid-Devon based business.

This is a unique opportunity for detail orientated individual to join a fabulous business, who are passionate about their employees and customers.

As a key member of the dynamic Sales team, you will be undertaking a role that is pivotal to the smooth running of daily operations and the success of our client's sales efforts.

Role : Sales Admin Support
Location: Hybrid (2 days remote / 3 days in Willand, Devon)
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + Excellent benefits package

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Leadership Team, including diary management, team statistics, PowerPoint presentations, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in meetings by taking minutes and identifying key action points to ensure effective follow-up.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and brands to ensure timely responses to customer queries.
  • Coordinate the distribution, organisation, and deadlines of call campaigns.
  • Handle data manipulation and distribution to the Sales Team business pods.
  • Research, analyse, and prepare reports and presentations to provide key team data.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures, ensuring effective filing and maintenance of office records.
  • Administer general correspondence, drafting responses as appropriate to promptly address queries and issues.
  • Liaise with staff to answer queries and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Take on additional responsibilities or tasks as needed to support the team.

About You

  • Communication:

Your strong written and verbal communication skills enable you to convey information clearly and effectively.

  • Technical Skills:

You have a solid knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Data Analysis:

You can analyse and report on complex information to support informed decision-making.

  • Experience:

You have previous experience with a Sales Support / PA / EA capacity, providing you with the practical skills needed to excel.

  • Telephone Manner:

You maintain a professional and courteous telephone manner, ensuring positive interactions with all callers.

Hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30. The business operates hybrid working, which will be available for this post once the initial onboarding and training process is complete.
