Key Responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator:
- Engage with clients, both buyers and sellers, to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout their property journey.
- Conduct property viewings, providing insightful and engaging presentations to potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales transactions, ensuring the best outcomes for clients while maintaining a professional and positive approach.
- Assist in the preparation of property listings, ensuring accurate and attractive presentation on all marketing platforms.
- Maintain regular contact with clients, providing updates and feedback to ensure a smooth and transparent sales process.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the agency.
Requirements:
- Some property experience (property sales/ Sales Negotiator experience not essential).
- A bubbly and engaging personality with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
- A proactive and motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop within the role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A valid UK driving licence would be preferred but not essential.
