An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join a well-established law firm based in Exeter, with a strong presence across the region. This full-service firm is known for delivering high-quality legal advice to individuals and businesses, while maintaining strong community ties throughout Devon and Somerset.
The Role:
We are seeking a qualified Personal Injury Lawyer with at least 5 years' experience in the field. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of personal injury matters with minimal supervision. Experience in clinical negligence would be a valuable asset but is not essential.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing a variety of personal injury cases independently.
- Participating in business development and marketing activities to help grow the firm's personal injury practice.
- Contributing to the firm's strategic growth and reputation for excellent client service.
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years post-qualification experience in personal injury law.
- Ability to manage cases autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and client care skills.
- A proactive approach to business development and networking.
- Clinical negligence experience (desirable, but not essential).
