Plasterer
Location: Catford
Salary: GBP34,415 per year, plus bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm.

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our well-established clients recruit for an experienced Plasterer to join their ever-expanding team. You will be reporting to the Repairs Manager.
Responsibilities of the Plasterer:
- Carry out all types of plastering work both internally and externally, including removal, full replastering of properties, patch plastering, plaster boarding, dry lining, floating and skimming, rendering, floor and wall tiling, replastering using damp retardant plasters, etc, using a range of different materials and products suitable for the works in hand.
- Correctly complete all documentation and provide/input all information associated with the duties undertaken.
- Fix and repair plasterwork, examine and prime surfaces for plastering. Mix and prepare mortar, plaster and other finishes.
- Liaise with other team members and departments, clients or other business/contractors to ensure work is properly coordinated and that necessary works are fully completed on time and to the right standard.
- Carry out other duties within the scope and spirit of the job, and in accordance with the level of the post, as required.
Requirements of the Plasterer:
- Must have an NVQ or equivalent in Plastering
- To undertake associated works in which to complete a repair, renewal, or refurbishment in its entirety.
- Wall tiling and decoration where appropriate. Installation of replacement concrete floors, self levelling, and floor covers. Waterproof and caulk seals as appropriate.
- A focused collaborative approach to working within a team and a wider community.
- A positive approach to excellent customer service, care delivery and a commitment to quality.
- Knowledge and understanding of Damp & mould, prevention, removal and cause. - Beneficial
- Full UK Driving Licence.
