The Role

My client is now looking to hire

5 Business Development Executives

to join their expanding remote team and support their newly appointed manager. This is a

fully remote position

open to candidates across the UK, offering flexibility, growth, and strong commission potential.

You will be working in the

commercial insurance space

, engaging with both warm leads and existing clients across a varied portfolio of corporate and commercial policies as well. You'll play a key role in helping them scale, build relationships, and close deals in a well-supported and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop new business opportunities within commercial insurance
  • Follow up on warm leads provided
  • Build and manage strong client relationships across the UK
  • Conduct meetings virtually or in-person, as needed
  • Collaborate closely with the manager and wider team to hit sales goals
  • Accurately track activity and performance using company-provided systems

What's on Offer

  • Basic Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 DOE
  • Commission: 30% commission on all business brought in over £4,000 per month
