Position: Maintenance Electrician

Location: Middlesbrough

Salary: 37500 per annum

Shift Work: 8-week recurring rota (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am)

Holidays: 23 days including bank holidays

Are you a skilled and experienced Maintenance Electrician looking for a new opportunity to showcase your expertise? If you're ready for a challenging and rewarding role, we have an exciting position for you! We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Static Maintenance Electrician to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in maintaining and servicing commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Conduct periodic inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.
  • Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and ensure swift resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and repairs.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds).
  • Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a commercial setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
