Job Title: Programme Manager - ERP Integration

Join my client's dynamic and innovative team, a leading player in the FMCG industry. They are committed to excellence, driven by their passion for delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to their customers worldwide.

They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a consolidated ERP system. This crucial role involves integrating various specialist systems, to streamline our operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on Change and Communications Strategy - whilst they have internal staff to deliver against the strategy, they need a Programme Manager who is capable of providing the strategy and vision for the company
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the ERP consolidation programme, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage a detailed programme plan, outlining milestones, resources, and timelines - some of the issues they have had is with candidates being more than capable at Project level, but struggling once reaching that programme level.
  • Oversee the integration of other specialist systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms.
  • Monitor programme and project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Manage the programme budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong background in ERP system implementation and integration.
  • Outstanding Change and Comms experience, and a willingness to take on this remit - and in fact enthusiastic about doing so
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.

Location - you would likely be on site ~ Bristol between 3 days a week depending on the business requirements.
