HR Business Partnering (HRBP) support position covering Sussex. This post will, given the geography, operate more autonomously in carrying out 121 meetings in conjunction with the incoming provider. It will be for 3 days per week, although this can be split over 4 or 5 days.
Location - Sussex, to be based on site in Eastbourne or Worthing with travel to both (paid expenses to none base office)
Must have extensive HRBP experience and be able to lead on TUPE.
