Responsibilities:

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our client's dynamic sales team. Joining their dedicated and friendly team, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Updating Customer Maintenance: Maintain accurate customer information on our system, ensuring up-to-date records.
  • Checking GP on Orders: Monitor the gross profit on orders and proactively advise sales representatives when it is low.
  • Sales Credit Notes: Prepare and process credit notes accurately, adhering to company policies.
  • Daily & End of Month Invoicing: Generate invoices promptly and accurately, ensuring correct pricing and terms.
  • Back Orders: Work collaboratively within the team to update the live spreadsheet, communicate with customers, and enter orders into the system.
  • Setting up Stock Parts / Pseudos / Discounts: Support the sales team by setting up stock parts, pseudos, and discounts as required.
  • Assisting with Phone and Email Communication: Provide support with answering phone calls and covering customer service emails when needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Contract Details:

  • Contract Type: Temp To Perm
  • Working Pattern: Full Time (5 days a week, 8am to 5pm)
  • Breaks: 30-minute lunch break and 2 x 15-minute breaks
  • Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays plus your birthday
