Description
- Conduct financial due diligence for potential investments.
- Prepare and present financial analysis and business advice to the senior management.
- Lead and manage all financial processes within the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to improve business performance.
- Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide financial expertise in business decision-making processes.
- Monitor and report on financial performance and trends.
Profile
A successful Financial Due Diligence Manager should have:
- ACA / ACCA qualified
- You'll be Audit trained and have a minimum of 12 months experience Transaction Services or M&A experience.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Superior communication skills, with the ability to present financial information effectively.
