Are you a certified electrician with a passion for problem-solving and preventative maintenance? We are looking for a Commercial Maintenance Electrician for our client who specialises in comprehensive maintenance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, testing, servicing, and preventative maintenance of electrical systems in commercial settings.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in various commercial facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with facility managers to schedule maintenance and minimise operational disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed, using the latest maintenance management software.
Requirements:
- You must be a qualified electrician and have your 17th or 18th edition.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial electrical maintenance.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Excellent diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
