Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Working days & hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM, with a 30-minute lunch.
Your new role As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance team for this company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing direct cost invoices and monitoring the purchase ledger inbox.
- Exporting invoices from the reservation system to the accounting system.
- Assisting with weekly payment runs and reconciling supplier statements.
- Handling internal company statements and internal/external queries.
- Supporting month-end, year-end, and audit processes.
- Completing ad hoc projects as needed.
What you'll need to succeed

- AAT qualified OR part qualified (or qualified by experience with 2+ years)
- 2+ years of experience in finance.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
