The company have over 700 employees across the region and have a number of different divisions including Aggregates and Mineral based production across the South West. Due to continued expansion and sustained success, the company are now looking for a knowledgeable, motivated a Quarry Manager, Quarry Supervisor, Site Manager, Site Supervisor who can manage internal plant based teams, ensure compliance with health and safety standards and help meet production and cost based targets.
In this role you will coordinate multiple production and technical teams to meet material production targets, whilst ensuring health and safety, quality and working standards are maintained. You will work alongside other members of the senior leadership team to maintain the sites success and creating plans for development moving forward.
This role would suit Quarry Manager, Quarry Supervisor, Site Manager, Site Supervisor from an Aggregates, Quarrying, Mineral Production, Construction Materials, or Construction based background who is looking for a new challenge or is open to a new industry who is looking for an autonomous management position with great prospects and work life balance.
The Role
- Quarry Manager
- Leading site quarrying and mineral based production operations across the board
- Helping manage plant maintenance based schedules
- Ensure compliance with all legislation, permissions and licences that relate to the Company's site
- Working alongside senior leadership team to create development and production plans
