Tradewind is seeking a dedicated and qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a long-term, full-time position at a vibrant Primary School in Stockport. This role is to start ASAP!
About the Role:
- Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
- Location: Primary School, Stockport
- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract: Long-term, Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting teaching and learning across different year groups.
- Taking on limited planning and marking responsibilities.
- Working closely with teachers to provide high-quality education to students.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of individual education plans.
Requirements:
- A Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is essential.
- Proven experience working within a primary school setting.
- Ability to adapt to different year groups and support various teaching needs.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
