23k-25k – salary dependent on experience & attitude
Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm

I am currently seeking a well organised, dynamic and committed candidate with a background in Logistics and Customer Service.
This role is an important position within the team and requires a switched on, hard working applicantwith the ability to solve problems and work quickly and effectively. You will be an active, hands-on member of the team, dealing with various tasks within the department.
Duties for this role include:
- Processing customer orders
- Updating customer portals
- Managing credit notes
- Validating and uploading POD's
- General administrative support to line Manager
- Liaising with other departments where necessary
- Providing support to customers
- Assisting with monthly stock takes
- Booking third party hauliers where necessary
- Create postage labels so items are ready for dispatch
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Previous experience working within a similar role ideally from a manufacturing background
- Good understanding of supply chain processes
- Analytical and a good problem solver
- Strong levels of organisation
- A team player
- Excellent communication skills
