CMA Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with an SME Group of companies based in Farnham to recruit for a Finance Manager.
You will work closely with the Financial Controller managing the day to day financial activities and managing finance team. We are looking for an ambitious individual who is looking to progress their career in finance.
What will the Finance Manager role involve?
- Work alongside the CFO and FC to improve and/or implement new monthly management reporting at group level.
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany reconciliations.
- Implementation and weekly/ monthly reporting of KPIs, closing stock figures, profitability of a few operational areas of the business.
- Clean-up of ledgers and ensuring financial year end TBs are updated in line with Statutory Accounts.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by expereince.
- A proven track record in similar finance roles ideally within an SME environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
