The Role
A role of extraordinary scope and potential, leading the sales function of a market leading designer and manufacturer of specialist fasteners for the international Automotive, Aerospace, Domestic Appliance and Telecoms sectors, selling both directly to OEM's and through distribution.
Key tasks:
- Putting the customer at the forefront of everything they do
- Developing new international markets, going directly and through distribution
- Capitalising on superior technical application design and manufacturing capability, growing market share and profitability
The Person
An experienced sales professional, ideally from the specialist fastener sector, selling into our clients target markets.
Able to demonstrate "hands on" experience of driving significant profitable growth, whilst delivering industry leading levels of customer service.
An excellent communicator and enthusiastic crusader for change, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
Personal credibility, integrity, vision and drive.
