Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic Service Department. The successful candidate will oversee the installation, commission, and demonstration of machinery, as well as carrying out repairs and servicing on a programmed or breakdown basis.

You will be required to travel across the whole of the UK to service the company's customer base.
Key Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:
- Keeping an up-to-date database of service/repair work and customers details
- Organising and maintaining Work Sheets or reporting
- Scheduling Internal/External Customer visits/work
- Keeping existing customers of planned site visits up to date
- Helping with urgent response customers' requests
- Learning New Product lines and maintaining product knowledge
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a technical role be it print, embroidery, sewing or other electromechanical areas.
- Good customers service approach
- Good working knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Graphics
- Well organised, good telephone manner
