Key Responsibilities
- Advising on a range of employment law matters, including contracts, disciplinary actions, and redundancies.
- Representing clients in employment tribunals and court proceedings.
- Drafting and reviewing employment-related documents.
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients on employment issues.
- Conducting legal research and staying updated on employment law developments.
Requirements
- Newly Qualified (NQ) to 3 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Strong knowledge of employment law and tribunal procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
