Our Public Sector Client is looking for an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Services Engineer.
Flex Benefits + £2,000 on top of salary
Main Tasks:
To carry out M&E maintenance works, including statutory compliance testing (for example water temperature testing, emergency light testing), fault finding and rectification, minor decoration and carpentry repairs.
- Undertake effective planning and prioritisation of your workload, maintain accurate records of time, duration and scope of works undertaken together with materials and plant utilised on each task.
- To ensure that all works are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with good practice and current health & Safety legislation.
- To assist the Senior Building Services Engineer with the formulation of a 5 year maintenance programme for mechanical and electrical equipment.
