Equifind have teamed up with a SaaS firm, who are looking for a billing's specialist, to join the finance team, for the next six months.
You'll be joining a small finance team to lend a hand with all thing's customer related. You'll get some great exposure to an international business and be expected to pick things up quickly.
We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a real passion for providing fantastic customer care and experience.
Key duties and responsibilities for this billings specialist position include but aren't limited to:
- Ensuring accurate and timely billing cycles, handling all customer queries to a high standard
- Ensuring all billing transactions are recorded correctly and comply with company policies
- Ensure subscription services are invoiced and collected in a timely manner
- Review and verify billing data for accuracy, completeness and consistency
- Provide expertise on billings software
- Maintain and update customer billing information on the system
- Ad hoc projects as and when requested by senior management
Experience & Qualification
- Experience of billings and customer care
- A proactive and detailed approach to work
- Experience of SaaS would be beneficial
- Can work independently and in a timely fashion
- Real team player and can work well with others across the business

The business is a new player in the SaaS game, and they offer SaaS based software solutions to a wide range of businesses across the globe. It has some great plans for the future, raising some great investment.
You will be involved in a very dynamic business that has a wide range clients and customers all over the globe.
This is a proper hands-on role and you'll be required to get into the detail and roll up your sleeves. You will be required to use all your billings experience to help enhance the function for the future.
The business operates a highly flexible working pattern and only needs you in the London office two-three times per week. It really is a great organisation to join.
Rate/Salary
This exciting opportunity for a billings expert will pay between £38k to £50k pro rata, depending on your industry experience. We will also look at candidates, who have a preference for hourly rates, at £20-£35.
This assignment is earmarked to be for a minimum of six months and has the potential to go permanent.
