Stock Administrator
Based in Coleshill
Part time – Monday to Friday 10:00am – 14:00pm
Payrate: £11.44ph
- Process orders for picking and dispatch
- Monitor internal stock movements
- Co-ordinate orders with customers and transport companies
- Manage returned and damaged stock
- Perform daily system checks
- Order picking and checking
- Manage SalesForce customer query system
- Conduct Perpetual Inventory and reconcile any resulting stock discrepancies
- Effectively communicate issues with both internal departments and external customers
- Experience of SAP LES systems beneficial not essential
- Excellent organisational skills and
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to change and learn new skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Team player
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages: Excel, Word, Outlook.
