My client is an established manufacturer of high-end, bespoke PCB products and they are looking for an experienced Process Engineer that they can develop into a technical manager. The company have a fantastic portfolio of huge blue-chip customers, including BAE Systems, MOD, and the NHS, and they are on an exciting growth trajectory.

Your engineering knowledge and analytical skills will guide you in monitoring production efficiency and implementing improved processes to make production more streamlined, whilst reducing waste and maintaining exceptional quality standards. Additionally, you will mentor junior members of the team as part of your development. Full training will be provided.

You will receive full management training, allowing you to step up into a Technical Manager position within 12-18 months, making this a fantastic opportunity for career advancement.

The Candidate:

  • Leadership / Mentoring experience and interested in becoming a Technical Manager
  • Engineering / Scientific degree and previous experience working as a Process Engineer
