Human Resources Advisor

Our client, within the healthcare sector, is seeking an HR Advisor to join their team in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization and make a positive impact on their employees. Please note that this vacancy is based on site 5 days a week.

Requirements:

  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years' experience at HR Advisor level
  • Experience in a similar organisation is required
  • Strong Employee Relations experience
  • Ability to work autonomously, influence at senior levels, and communicate effectively
  • High attention to detail
  • Driving licence and own vehicle as some travel to sites is required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Handle casework, including investigations, disciplinaries, appeals, occupational health, absences management, and performance management
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

The salary for this role is between £32,500 - £35,000.
