Consultant Ecologist Duties
In your role as a Consultant Ecologist at this renowned environmental and engineering consultancy, you will leverage your expertise (preferably with a minimum of 3 years of experience) to assist in conducting Preliminary Ecological Appraisals on various sites throughout the UK. Your responsibilities will include conducting surveys on protected species, preparing technical reports using your strong written communication skills, as well as engaging with clients and stakeholders using your exemplary verbal communication skills.
Essential Criteria
- Undergrad degree or higher in Ecology, Zoology or similar relevant subject
- Experience within ecological consultancy
- Full UK Driving License
- CIEEM Membership
- Protected Species License(s)
- Protected species surveying and report writing experience (EIAs and PEAs)
