My client is seeking a candidate with experience in commercial property to join their expanding team. If you are between 2 - 5 PQE and looking to develop in an exciting Real Estate team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
About the Role:
Due to a planned expansion of the team from an increase in work, my client is looking to grow their busy Real Estate team. You'll have the opportunity to work on a broad range of real estate matters, including:
- Leases
- Purchases and sales of commercial, industrial and investment property
- Refinances
- Development agreements

My client values a candidate who is determined, motivated and personable, with a well-rounded background in commercial property. It is beneficial for candidates who have knowledge and experience in the Midlands.
About the Team:
You'll be joining a supportive and dynamic Real Estate team of around 20 professionals. This opportunity allows you to work within a close-knit team, with quarterly meetings with the Partner, providing opportunities for continuous learning and team collaboration.
