Our client, a service provider have an urgent requirement for Contract Administrator to join their team initially on a temporary basis.
Reporting to the office manager you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with internal and external emails on a day to day basis.
- Supporting the team to maintain accurate, timely and legible records.
- Dealing with internal and external stakeholder's queries.
- Obtaining and retrieving records as required.
- Ordering and maintaining supplies
- Assisting with reconciliation of supplier statements, purchase orders and Invoices
- Carrying out any ad hoc duties as and when required.

Hours are 9.30-6pm with 30 minutes lunch break
