Contract Administrator

Our client, a service provider have an urgent requirement for Contract Administrator to join their team initially on a temporary basis.

Reporting to the office manager you will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with internal and external emails on a day to day basis.
  • Supporting the team to maintain accurate, timely and legible records.
  • Dealing with internal and external stakeholder's queries.
  • Obtaining and retrieving records as required.
  • Ordering and maintaining supplies
  • Assisting with reconciliation of supplier statements, purchase orders and Invoices
  • Carrying out any ad hoc duties as and when required.

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Good time keeping and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer facing skills
  • Organised and logical
  • Good IT Skills including Microsoft office packages
  • Proven organisational skills

Hours are 9.30-6pm with 30 minutes lunch break
