Are you a dynamic leader leader with extensive leadership experience across Sales, Marketing and Service functions?
Elevation Recruitment Group are thrilled to be the exclusive partner to Ferno UK in their appointment of a Chief Commercial Officer to lead the business in their continued success.
The CCO will take overall responsibility for the Sales, Marketing and Service teams instilling a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a diverse skillset. A highly skilled leader, but someone who is also happy to roll their sleeves up and get involved with the customer.
Whilst experience selling into the NHS/ Ambulance Services or working with Vehicle Builders / Converters would be extremely advantageous, Ferno UK manufacture mechanically-powered products so a solid technical sales background within a mechanical engineering environment would work well for this role.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Significant commercial leadership and people management experience, with a proven and demonstrable track record in business growth
- A strong ‘hunter' mentality, someone that is hungry for success and can foster that culture within teams.
- Solid experience managing Sales, Marketing and Service teams is key to the success of this role.
- An understanding of Public Sector frameworks and tender processes.
- Demonstrable experience of managing operational performance within financial budgets.
- Proven ability to plan and implement organisational strategies and operational objectives.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, someone that leads from the front.
- Problem solving, creative thinking and decision making skills, including the ability to make challenging decisions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, in Powerpoint, written, and verbal aspects.
