AJ Chambers is actively seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join, a busy and thriving desk to work in the Legal Support sector.
We are an award-winning and ambitious specialist recruitment group, looking to grow, due to recent success. You'll have a particular focus on placing legal support professionals within some of the biggest Law Firms in the City and Regions
The role:
- Speaking to candidates and clients over the phone, email, or other
- Creating job adverts to post on various platforms, shortlisting potential candidates for live roles and keeping our CRM system up to date
- Manage your own portfolio of clients within your sector, taking full ownership of developing key accounts and senior relationships
- Arranging interviews on behalf of the candidate and client
- Meeting candidates and clients face to face
The Ideal Candidate:
- Recent experience in recruitment or sales
- Strong knowledge of accountancy or law
- Be eager to learn and progress
