St. Austell Brewery has an exciting job
opportunity to join the business as a People Services Partner on a 12 month fixed term contract. Your role will
be to provide an exceptional level of administrative support to the team and
our managers. You will assist in improving our employee experience and support
in enabling St Austell Brewery to remain a great place to work. You will manage
the administrative process for the full Employee Life Cycle, you will share
responsibility for data insight as well as being involved in project work.
Your new role
- Creating and sending
offer letters and contracts for internal recruitment or contract changes, where
possible using technology to generate efficiencies i.e. with AdobeSign.
- Maintaining
e-personnel files, ensuring records are accurate and data is held in line with
GDPR requirements. Organising data files and where necessary archiving
documents which are out of date.
- Carry out audits and
track Right to Work Compliance.
- Completion of ELI,
transfer of records and all other admin and data activities for TUPE.
- Acting as the first
line of support to candidates, employees, Managers and Directors, answering
queries where possible and signposting to a member of the team if required
- Preparation for
HRIS/Payroll System and data cleansing.
- Supporting with
project work as and when required, including provision of data and reports if
required. Continually challenge the way we do things and seek out opportunities
for improvement
About you
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Attention to detail with ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Confident problem solving skills
- Previous experience within an admin role in a HR department would be advantageous
- Proficient using MS Office packages
