Established for over 40 years and with nearly 200 staff this market-leading Civil Engineering company maintain their family-run values and looks after and invests in its staff. Due to winning many lucrative contracts they are looking to recruit a Junior Estimator to join their growing Estimating team.
In this role, you will undertake various elements of estimating from individual repairs to major civil projects. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to assisting with pricing, ensuring company systems are maintained, building quotations, and interacting with clients. You will be mentored by a senior member of the team and the department manager.
This role would ideally suit a Junior Estimator or someone from a Civils/Water/Sewage background looking to start a new role in estimating. The successful candidate will have the desire to develop their skills, progress through the business, and add lots of value to the company's future success.

The Role:
- Junior Estimator
- Working on Utilities, Water, and Civil Infrastructure projects
- Mentorship, training, and support with progression through the business
- Office based, with Hybrid available once trained
The Person:
- Experience in water/sewers/drainage
- An existing estimator or someone looking to start a new career
- A desire to learn and develop
- Full UK Driving License
