Position Overview

Based in Acton (W3), this role reports to the Financial Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Transactions
  • Process payments, raise invoices, manage credit control, and allocate banking.
  1. Query Resolution
  • Address account queries and manage lost or damaged items.
  1. Logistics Coordination
  • Assist with logistics during peak times.

  • Ensure successful client collections and deliveries, liaise with couriers, and manage supplier relationships.

  • Support health and safety initiatives, plan office events, and complete transport paperwork.

  1. Communications
  • Send feedback forms, support proposals, maintain media library, and assist with internal communications.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly under pressure.
  • Experience with customer and accounts interactions is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, including social media, financial databases, spreadsheets, business letters, and shared calendars.
  • Commercial awareness and interest in technology hardware are beneficial.
