£39,030 p/a + £5000 Welcome Bonus
Full-Time, Permanent
Day shifts - 7:25am to 7:45pm & Night shifts - 7:25pm to 7:45am
Stockton-on-the-Forest, York
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and monitoring the needs of patients
- Collaboratively planning the care needs of the patient
- Developing positive behavioural support plans with patients
- Being an active part of the multi-disciplinary team
- Administering medications
To be eligible for consideration, you must have a registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC Pin.
