Physical Education Teacher
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Relevant degree in Physical Education or Sports Science (or equivalent)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Physical Education teacher to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring PE lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering high-quality PE lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Encouraging students to participate in extracurricular sporting activities
- Collaborating with colleagues to promote a whole-school approach to physical education
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong classroom management and discipline techniques
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
- Passion for sport and physical activity
- Experience in coaching or sports leadership
