Description
- Processing Accounts Payable invoices
- Ensuring the approval process is being followed
- Allocating daily banking against client invoices
- Managing the Accounts Receivable mailbox: responding to queries etc
- Approving expenses, credit card transactions & travel bookings in line with policies
- Reviewing expenses ensuring GL coding & VAT treatment is correct
- Daily bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
- Support with month-end reporting
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Previous exposure in a similar role.
- A strong understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Adept at using financial software and MS Office tools.
- Excellent numeric skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
