Description
- P&L ownership for end-to-end performance of the commercial team
- Conduct forecasting and risk analysis assessments.
- Attend and lead regular performance reviews with senior stakeholders to review cost performance vs plan, strategic initiative delivery and overall P&L performance
- Prepare accurate financial reports and statements.
- Ensure legal compliance in all financial functions.
- Develop budgets and financial plans for the company.
- Analyse financial data and prepare monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to review financial information and forecasts.
- Provide financial advice to the management team.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Hands on, detail-oriented, with working knowledge of core accounting systems e.g. MS Dynamics
- Qualified accountant preferred (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) although candidates qualified by experience will also be considered
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
