Job Title: Regulatory Translation Manager (Contract)
Job Type: 6 Month Contract
Location: UK based, fully remote
Rate: £65-£85 per hour – inside IR35
We are partnered with a leading clinical research organization who are looking for a Regulatory Consultant to join on an initial 6 -month contract basis. For this position you must be fluent in Spanish and English and Portuguese would be highly desirable.
As a Regulatory Translation Manager you will oversee the provision of essential regulatory translations for product registration, maintenance, and launches in the Latin American and Caribbean (LACan) region.
Job Responsibilities include;
- Manage end-to-end translation processes for regulatory documentation
- Liaise with LACan Country Organizations and Regulatory Affairs functions
- Coordinate global labeling packages in Spanish
- Oversee submission dossier translations and deliveries
- Maintain job lists, trackers, and archiving practices
- Perform quality control checks and manage vendor invoices
- Utilize translation software including Trados Studio, Verifika, and dtSearch
Candidate Requirements include;
- University Degree in Life Sciences
- Native Spanish speaker with excellent English skills (Portuguese knowledge is advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or related project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Trados Studio
- Strong commitment to quality with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Client-oriented mindset
