Key Responsibilities as a Senior Test Analyst
- Lead the testing efforts for assigned projects.
- Actively participate as a member of the development team.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of Agile working practices.
- Work with complex systems and applications.
- Analyse requirements and user stories to help establish acceptance criteria.
- Provide input for non-functional testing needs.
- Conduct exploratory testing.
- Maintain open communication with the development team and project stakeholders.
- Report on test results as required for each project.
- Perform test gap analysis to identify scenarios for manual and automated testing.
- Ensure product quality as they progress from prototypes to production.
Core Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- Passion for quality assurance and testing.
- Proficient in Agile methodology and exploratory testing approaches.
- Experience as a senior or sole tester on a project or within a team.
- Exceptional documentation skills.
- Familiarity with various testing tools and test management software.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and flexibility.
- Willingness to undergo Security Clearance when required.
