Our client is one of Europe's leading carpet manufacturers and is looking for a sales representative to join their Lodnon based team.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to expand our customer base across key European markets. As a representative for our client, you will play a crucial role in growing our presence by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with them. This role is commission-based, offering 3% of net sales as compensation, aligning your success with the growth and profitability you bring to the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers within designated European markets to expand our client portfolio.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the central operations team based in Germany to coordinate and ensure smooth order processing, logistics, and fulfillment with production facilities in Ukraine.
- Regularly report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to align strategies with company goals.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience and strong network in the carpet or interior design industry.
- Proven track record in sales, with the ability to identify and engage potential customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
