Administrator / Office Manager Assistant
Based in Musselburgh
Full-time // 35hrs per week
£13.50 - £14.00 per hour + holiday pay
REED Business Support are pleased to be working with a UK based electronic engineering company in Musselburgh, who are looking to recruit an administrator on an ongoing temp basis to assist the office manager in her day-to-day actions. Working on a full-time basis, you will be responsible for all things administration and covering front of house duties as required by the office manager.
This is an interesting role working with a fast-paced organisation, that will give you valuable experience within administration.
Details:
- 35 hrs per week
- 09:00 - 17:00 // Monday to Friday
- Fully Office Based possibility of a hybrid working pattern after the first couple of weeks
Key responsibilities:
- Handle all of customer service: Email, Phone, face-to-face
- Handle all aspects of administration
- Organise and service meetings
- Manage internal database and update where necessary
- Assist the office manager with any other adhoc tasks
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Good level of admin skill
- Solid IT skills particularly MS Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
