HR Manager - Part Time

Looking for a part-time HR Manager role? We are delighted to be partnering with an entrepreneurial, founder led SME business, in recruiting a part-time HR Manager.

Supporting circa 70 employees and managing an HR Assistant, you will have full autonomy to deliver all aspect of generalist HR activity for the business.

Alongside generalist activities, you will partner with board members ensuring key deliverables are achieved such as:

  • Developing a Management Development Programme
  • Ensuring all employment legislation is up to date and policies aligned
  • Owning the HRIS system
  • Ensuring payroll is processed correctly to their outsourced partner.

Key background:

  • Associate CIPD qualified (or part qualified) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years' HR generalist experience in a Senior HR business partner role or equivalent.
  • Previous experience of payroll processing would be preferred.
  • Excellent systems skills including HR software and all Microsoft Office Applications.
