National Account Executive

This newly created role is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career within National Accounts, joining the commercial team within an expanding global FMCG business.
We are looking for a bright, ambitious team-player who already has some commercial experience of supporting a busy retail sales function. In terms of category experience, it would be beneficial if you have worked within a similar sector of FMCG such as Toiletries, Personal Care or Over-the-Counter products.
Account Management - working closely with the National Account Managers you will take responsibility for account managing your own portfolio of smaller accounts; engaging within head office buyers, growing and building business. In addition, you'll provide vital support across the wider customer base:-
Forecasting; reviewing actuals vs forecast to provide the latest outlook across short and long-term volume forecast; Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and Supply Chain colleagues to manage Monthly & Quarterly forecasts, driving supply chain efficiencies
Sales Support - efficiently managing New Listing Forms, invoicing and a variety of administrative tasks; Building monthly scorecards for key customers, reflecting trends, KPI, competitor activity.
As a highly commercial person you'll be expected to navigate your way through Joint Business Plans, P&Ls and sales promotions, be ready to take on your own portfolio and really start progressing!
