Graduate Account Manager - Ringwood

Our client supplies a huge range of products, from every day basics, to 5* luxury products across several sectors. As Graduate Account Manager, you will be working closely with your dedicated field sales rep, alongside your Internal Account Manager colleagues who support each other on a wide portfolio of accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with regular existing clients, and develop relationships with new clients who are ordering for the first time
- Answering incoming calls from clients and providing assistance
- Providing quotations to clients in a timely manner, understanding their needs, and helping them understand the full range of products on offer.
- Making recommendations to customers when they need help
- Receiving and processing orders through a bespoke system
- Liaising with the stock team regarding orders and deliveries and ensure products are delivered to customers on time.
Minimum Experience Required:
- Previous experience within customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident use of Microsoft systems
This position would suit recent graduates and candidates who have excellent customer service skills who are keen to learn.
