Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join their esteemed Corporate team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the firm's growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with partners and practice groups to create tailored business development plans.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of business development activities.
- Monitor and report on business development performance metrics.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field is desired but not essential.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the legal or professional services sector.
- Strong understanding of the legal industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
