Elevation Senior Finance are delighted to be working with a well established and progressive service business in Sheffield as they look to recruit a Management Accountant/ Finance Business Partner into their busy finance team.

This role will report straight into the Site Financial Controller and will be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting as well as business partnering with the wider business in order to help drive KPI performance.
This will be a varied role with duties to include: -
- Production of Monthly Management Accounts
- Providing insightful financial information in the form of daily/ weekly and monthly financial reports
- Variance analysis along with supporting commentary
- Working closely with the operational teams in order to measure KPI performance
- Reviewing actuals vs budget/ forecast
- Sales & margin analysis
- Working with internal/ external audit teams
- Continual improvement of systems and processes
To be successful, you will ideally meet the following criteria: -
- CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA Qualified/ Late Part Qualified
- 3-5 years experience within management accounts
- Strong communicator
- A self-starter, dedicated and a driven person
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work to strict deadlines
- Ability to effectively integrate within the finance team
